PRP & PRF MICRONEEDLING

The treatment begins by applying a topical numbing cream to the face. Then blood is drawn from the patient’s arm into tubes, and span in a centrifuge to separate the red and white blood cells from the plasma and platelets. This middle fluid layer, which is the PRP containing enriched platelets, is aspirated into a syringe to be used for the procedure.

Next, an esthetician performs the microneedling portion of the treatment while she applies PRP topically all over the skin, and a microneedling pen pushes the PRP into the skin, delivering the growth factors into micro-channels. PRP helps the body’s natural healing process by stimulating new collagen and elastin production for skin rejuvenation.
