Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Credit Card confirmation is required by FRESHA website, to guarantee your appointment spot.

  • Cancellation or Rescheduling are per FRESHA policy, 30% charge if cancelled up to 48 hours in advance, 50% charge for No Shows.

  • Guest services will contact you if there are any conflicts with availability.

  • Any reservation fee paid will be used towards your services on the day of your service.

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late to their appointments, will be considered as No-Show may lose their appointment slot.

Payments & Balances:

  • Full payment of outstanding balances including the planned treatment cost is required for the treatments.

Refunds:

  • WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR SERVICES ALREADY PROVIDED.

  • If you discontinue a treatment series, prorated credit share of unused treatments at the discounted rate may be used for other services at our location for yourself or transferred to another individual of your choice as credit.

Pets and Animals

  • Service animals or pets are NOT permitted in our facility, due to potential hazards and health safety to other clients.

Children and Minors

  • Clients who are under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • No person under the age of 12 can be left unattended, and may NOT accompany you during your treatments or consultation.

  • Please ensure that you come with another family member to look after your child, should the child accompany you to your appointment.
