What is PDT machine?
PDT machine produces a photochemical enzymatic reaction, increasing the content of glycogen and protein, thereby promoting cell metabolism and synthesis, rearranging the source of fiber and elastin, blocking and eliminating the formation of melanin, killing acne, eliminating Inflammation, and achieving skin whitening, reduction in ecchymosis, improvement in acne, wrinkle reduction, and skin rejuvenation.
How is PDT Machine used?
The device is turned on for 10–15 minutes, and a suitable color of light for treatment is selected from the 10 available colors:
1. Red
2. Yellow
3. Green
4. Blue
5. Red+Yellow (Orange)
6. Red+Green (Red orange)
7. Red+Blue (Red purple)
8. Yellow+Green (Verdurous)
9. Yellow+Blue (Yellow-green)
10. Blue+Green (Dark brown)
What are the the Risks and Precautions?
Best treatment results are achieved at about 10-12 inches. (Light effects will be reduced, if it is positioned too close to the skin).
Red and blue light does not cause damage to the eyeball and vision, but short-term visual color discomfort can result from long-term light exposure,
Cover the eye with a blindfold or thick cotton to avoid direct light related side effects of visual color discomfort
After beauty treatment serums, PDT increase the curative effect.
If your skin is treated, it maybe becomes red, swollen for a few days, but will recover soon.
1. Red Light: 620nm (Red Weavelength)
Skin penetration depth: 6mm.
Effect: The most penetrating power, skin cell regeneration, increasing the oxygen content in the blood to stimulate the circulation of blood, improving Ance wound, treating allergic dermatitis or ringworm, enhancing energy efficiency, promoting collagen proliferation, improving wrinkles, skin rejuvenation, skin relaxation.
Reference: There will be a little hotness in the course of treatment.
1A. Orange Light: 590-610nm, penetrates skin to 4mm. Red + Orange light combination is most effective for hair regenaration.
2. Yellow Light: 590nm (Yellow Weavelength)
Skin penetration depth: 1-2mm
Effect: Improving cell's oxygenation function, promoting mirco-circulation, skin pigment reduction, promoting lymphatic drainage, skin rejuvenation.
Reference: Can also be used for the initial treatment of herpes zoster improvement.
3. Green Light: 520nm (Green Weavelength)
Skin penetration depth: 0.5-2mm
Effect: Effective reduction of melanin cells, decreasing pigment formation, improving skin gland function, reducing sebum production, stabilizing sensitive skin.
Reference: Commonly used in red skin after laser treatment to reduce the redness and calm the skin.
4. Blue Light: 465nm (Blue Weavelength)
Skin penetration depth: 1mm
Visible blue light range is (400-525nm), mid-point blue light at 465nm.
5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) is a photosensitizer with peak absorption at 405nm of blue light.
Effect: Bacteria killing, skin cleaning, cell activation, wound injury recovery, acne bacteria killing, inhibition of sebaceous gland, prevention of wound infection.
Reference: Is often applied in acne treatment.
5. Red+Yellow: (Orange) 590 ~ 610nm wavelength
Effect: Makes us feel cheerful and generates the body, activating the cell tissue and metabolism, awakens sleeping hair follicles. It promotes with extrovert behavior, reducing melancholia and giving us spiritual strength.
Brightens, whitens, reduces pigments and smoothens scars.
6. Red+Green: 520nm ~ 590nm (Red orange)
Effect: It reduces yellowish discoloration, wrinkles, acne prone size; Improves blood circulation, promote skin rejuvenation, improves oily skin, improves acne.
7. Red+Blue: 460nm ~ 590nm (Red purple)
Effect: Red and blue light is the dual-band light, it combines both the effectiveness of light therapy. especially useful in treating and repairing acne and acne-scars.
8. Yellow+Green: 400~435nm (Verdurous)
Effect: Restrain the desire to eat, Appetite suppressant, promotes lymphatic drainage, reduces wrinkles.
9. Yellow+Blue: 450~480nm (Yellow-green)
Effect: Beneficial to digestion and body fluid balance, has a sedative effect and improves sleep.
10. Blue+Green:480~490nm (Turquoise)
Effect: Has a calming effect with combination of blue and green.
