✚ Cellulite and Fat pads Reduction

  • Cellulite reduction happens when PCDC or Kybella is injected into the cellulite to destroy cellulite-bands by local inflammation. Cellulite improves by 1 grade after 10 treatment sessions once a week, but initial result can be seen after 5 sessions.
  • Fat pad Lipolysis happens when PCDC or Kybella are injected into the fat tissue. Up to 3 sessions 2 - 4 weeks apart, may be required for different locations to see the desired results.

✚ Injection Differences

  • For Cellulite, we inject: 0.2ml shots, (1-2 cm apart, 0.5cm or 0.25 inches deep)
  • For fat pads, we inject: 0.2 to 0.5ml shots, (1.0 inch apart, 1.0cm or 0.5 inches deep).
  • When treating both, we alternate by injecting one shot at cellulite depth (0.25" deep), and one shot at fat pads depth (0.5" deep), each about 0.5" apart.

  • Smoking,
  • Pregnancy,
  • High Estrogen levels,
  • Decreased blood flow

✚ Cellulite Types:

  • Grade-I: is visible when skin in pinched, is cool;
  • Grade-II: is visible when standing, but disappears when laying down.
  • Grade-III: is visible with standing and laying both
  • Grade-IV: is Nodular and linear, and always noticeable
  • You can have different grades at different body parts

  1. KYBELA

    • CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE - (Manufacturing Distruption)
    • Main Ingredient: Synthetic Deoxycholic acid.
    • FDA Approved ONLY for: Under Chin Lipolysis (submental fat).
    • All Other areas use: are OFF label use.

  1. (PC-DC) Phosphatidylcholine - Deoxycholate

    • AVAILABLE - "Client Specific Order"
    • STERILE COMPOUNDED MEDICATION
    • Phosphotidylcholine (PPC) stabilized in Deoxycholate (DCA).
    • Contains FDA Approved: Ingredients, medication, or components.
    • PC-DC has no Specific FDA approved indication.
