Each 30 minutes of muscle-sculpting is equivalent to 20,000 workout exercises with 16% increase in muscle mass, and reciprocal effect in fat cell loss of 19%, resulting in a noninvasive effect of body shaping and contouring.
For best results, it is advised to have a total of 4 sessions (1 or 2 times per week), with concurrent use of a low-calorie & high-protein diet.
