TYPES
Spider veins (telangiectasias) - VISIBLE TO NAKED EYE
Reticular veins (blue green larger veins) - NOT VISIBLE TO NAKED EYE
TRETMENTS:
Sclerotherapy injections into leg veins:
For most small and medium size veins.
Liquid injection type: (2ml) - small or spider veins.
Foam injection type: (2ml) - larger reticular veins.
Generally 4ml per treatment session acceptable.
Up to 4 sessions may be required for full closure of veins
