REFERRAL PROGRAM PARTICIPATION POLICY:

To be eligible for our Referral Credit, you must have paid at our MedSpa for yourself at least once in the past.
Your Referred Rriend must purchase a minimum of $100 worth services at our MedSpa.
For each person you refer who books an appointment and purchases a services at our MedSpan, your credit will be $25 for individual service or $50 for a package service purchase.
Your friends must write your full name on the Patient Intake at their first appointment, as this is the only way you can earn your credit.
Referral Credits never expire, so you can save it for any time, but can’t combine with any other offers, gift cards, promotions, or discounts.
There is no limit on how many friends you can refer, or how much credits you can earn!
If multiple persons claim the same referral credit for the same person, our MedSpa has the exclusive right to determine which of them will get the $25 Referral Credit.
Referral Card credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash
