• Melasma causes patchy, symmetric discolorations of the skin typically on both sided of the face. Other areas of body that are frequently exposed to sun can develop too. The skin discoloration doesn’t do any physical harm, but you may be unhappy about the way it looks. The patches appear as brownish colored patches usually appear on cheeks, forehead, nasal bridge and chin. It can also occur on the neck and forearms.

• Melasma Treatment uses low intensity Nd:Yag Q-switch Laser, along with Hydroquinone bleaching cream pre and post laser treatment sessions. The Improvement seen is 60% after 9 treatments. Reoccurrence is about in 60-80% after 3 months. Please consult MD for specific recommendations.
